Mallet Pro Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping Policy

 

All orders ship free within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. The order ships out within 48 hours and usually arrives by 5-7 days. Expedited shipping USPS Priority Mail (3 days) can be added for $7.50, and there is an option for 2 day delivery for an additional fee.

 

International & Expedited Shipping

 

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Because rates vary by destination, we'll calculate your shipping cost and confirm it with you before processing your order. To ask for this calculation, email orders@malletpro.com.

 

Refunds & Returns

We stand behind Mallet Pro and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at returns@malletpro.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

​

We offer full refunds for Mallet Pro Kit purchases within 30 days of purchase, including products that have been opened or used.

 

Because Mallet Pro is a medical product intended for use on the body, we generally do not require you to return the product to receive a refund. We recommend that you discard the product rather than return it.

 

If you prefer to return the product, contact us at returns@malletpro.com and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You may return the product by mail using that label.

 

Exchanges & Replacements

 

If your Mallet Pro Kit is defective or you receive the wrong product, contact us at returns@malletpro.com. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you. A physical return is not normally required; however, if you would like to return the product, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account (up to 7 days total).
