Shipping Policy

 

All orders ship free within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. The order ships out within 48 hours and usually arrives by 5-7 days. Expedited shipping USPS Priority Mail (3 days) can be added for $7.50, and there is an option for 2 day delivery for an additional fee.

 

International & Expedited Shipping

 

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Because rates vary by destination, we'll calculate your shipping cost and confirm it with you before processing your order. To ask for this calculation, email orders@malletpro.com.

 

Refunds

 

We stand behind Mallet Pro and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at returns@malletpro.com and we'll make it right with a full refund. Because this is a medical product, we cannot accept physical returns for health and safety reasons.
